Job Description
We seek a full-time Academic Counselor to promote student success through individualized advising, academic planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. The counselor will provide one-on-one guidance, create tailored study plans, coordinate with faculty, maintain academic records, and refer students to campus resources to support retention and timely graduation.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience in student services; a student-centered approach; and the ability to use data to guide interventions while maintaining strict confidentiality.
