Job Description
We seek a professional and personable waitress to provide attentive service in a fast-paced hotel dining environment. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, promoting daily specials, processing payments, clearing and maintaining tables, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Qualifications: strong verbal communication, active listening, multitasking, attention to detail, patience, a positive demeanor, and the ability to memorize menu items. The role also involves side work such as restocking and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
