Job Description
StarList Consulting seeks a full-time Business Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight and budgeting, sales and profitability reporting, staff hiring and training, policy enforcement, market and competitor analysis, and resolving operational issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, proven management experience, strong leadership, communication, analytical and financial skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business tools. This position is in person.
Compensation: From ₦300,00 per month.
