Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to lead daily operations, supervise bakers and front-of-house staff, and ensure consistent product quality and food safety. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, managing inventory and cost controls, training team members, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through reliable service and quality products.
- Minimum 3 years of bakery or food-service management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and staff-training abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of baking techniques, sanitation, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage schedules, control costs, and uphold quality standards
