Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to direct internal audit and enterprise risk management. The Head will design and implement risk frameworks, oversee compliance programs, coordinate internal audits, evaluate control effectiveness, report findings to senior leadership, and recommend pragmatic mitigation strategies to strengthen governance.
- Minimum 8+ years in audit or risk roles; CPA, CA, CIA, or equivalent required.
- Proven analytical ability, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ethical, results-oriented, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance control environments.
