Job Description
TERAWORK.AI seeks a full-time Technical Assistant to support the Director’s Office at a development bank. The role requires analysis of agricultural and rural finance policies and legislation, monitoring emerging issues and executive decisions, and coordinating engagement across federal, state, and local stakeholders. The assistant will prepare concise briefs and stakeholder communications, represent the directorate in interagency forums, and support partnerships, grants monitoring, and advocacy efforts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, agricultural economics, development studies, or law.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication, and proven discretion handling sensitive information.
