Job Description
We are seeking a formal, detail-oriented HR Associate to support end-to-end talent acquisition. This role will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, post openings, maintain the applicant tracking system, and coordinate interview schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and high attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: experience in employer branding and data-driven hiring practices.
