Job Description

The Norwegian Refugee Council seeks a Finance and Grants Coordinator to strengthen financial management and grants administration for the NIF Secretariat. The Coordinator will ensure donor compliance, oversee budgeting and cash-flow monitoring, prepare donor financial reports, and maintain accurate financial documentation. Responsibilities include grants oversight, strengthening internal controls, and supporting proposal development and donor engagement. The role requires close collaboration with program and operations teams to align financial processes with strategic priorities and ensure efficient, auditable finance practices.

  • Required: strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrable experience with donor regulations.
