Job Description
Standard Bank seeks an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial clients (accounts ≥ N2bn; client turnover ≥ N5bn). The role requires leveraging Stanbic/Standard Bank products to deepen client relationships, increase client value, and drive bank profitability.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 7–10 years in commercial banking, including 1–2 years as a Relationship Manager.
- Skills: proven sales performance, strong client management, analytical thinking, initiative, and thorough product knowledge.
