Job Description
Hotel Capitol is seeking a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining interaction records, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining a tidy front area.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc; 1–3 years of customer service experience (hotel, retail, or service preferred).
- Skills: strong verbal and written communication, basic computer proficiency, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
- Requirements: ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; reliability, honesty, and a professional appearance.
