Job Description
Careers Verified invites applications for a full-time Graduate Trainee (₦90,00–₦100,00/month) to develop skills in retail credit, customer acquisition, loan processing, credit assessment, KYC, and compliance.
- Responsibilities: support marketing of personal and salary loans; source and onboard customers via field and digital channels; collect and verify documents; assist disbursement follow-up; educate customers; maintain accurate records.
- Training & development: product knowledge, sales techniques, credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower), NYSC where applicable, 0–1 year of relevant experience.
