Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations, enforce SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality and profitability. The role will coordinate with clinical teams, manage budgets, lead staff, support HR functions, and develop sales and marketing initiatives. The manager will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, prepare performance reports, and continuously monitor and improve marketing and operational processes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in healthcare operations; healthcare sales experience and professional certification are advantageous.
