Job Description
GIFMA TECH SOLUTIONZ is seeking a full-time, permanent Supervisor for our Abule-Egba supermarket. This role offers up to ₦70,00 per month and requires oversight of daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused service.
- Manage and supervise store staff; coach performance and enforce policies
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness
- Prepare basic operational reports and coordinate shifts
Candidates must reside close to Abule-Egba, demonstrate proven leadership, strong communication skills, and have basic retail experience. Immediate availability and a reliable work record are required.
