Job Description
HAL seeks an experienced Lounge Supervisor to manage daily lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards. The role supervises bartenders, servers, cleaners, and security; coordinates shifts; monitors staff appearance and punctuality; handles customer complaints; maintains cleanliness and ambiance; manages stock and opening/closing cash checks; reports incidents; and supports staff training.
- Requirements: B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field, proven hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, conflict-resolution ability, and fitness for night shifts.
- Schedule: Shift-based (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Compensation: Competitive, negotiable salary starting from ₦70,00/month.
