Job Description
TeamAce seeks a proactive Community & Field Marketer to drive grassroots awareness across Lagos. This field-based role focuses on engaging communities, churches, campuses, and events to onboard users, deliver product demonstrations, cultivate micro-communities, and support brand ambassadors. You will report campaign insights and progress to the Growth Lead.
- Requirements: proven field marketing or brand activation experience and strong Lagos community networks
- Skills: excellent communication and persuasion, high energy to meet weekly targets, and disciplined reporting
