Job Description
West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) seeks a motivated Entry-Level Estate Surveyor to join its real estate team in Ikoyi. This is a full-time, permanent position (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a monthly salary of ₦120,00–₦150,00.
- Support agency and valuation activities; assist with property inspections and basic valuations.
- Prepare concise reports and property documentation; create accurate listing content.
- Collaborate with senior surveyors and work independently when required; demonstrate eagerness to learn.
Requirements: BSc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation. No prior experience necessary. Strong communication, basic report-writing skills, and a clear interest in real estate are essential. On-site work in Ikoyi is required.
