Job Description
Lvtopsun New Energy Company Limited, a leading solar products manufacturer in Nigeria, seeks a full-time Human Resources Personnel based in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Administer HR policies, benefits, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee engagement, wellness, and development initiatives.
- Advise managers on HR best practices and contribute to culture-enhancing projects.
Requirements: solid HR experience and practical knowledge of HR processes. Salary: N150,00–N200,00 per month.
