Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the shop floor in meeting quality, safety, and production targets. The role requires coordinating schedules, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key duties include supervising and training staff, monitoring KPIs, managing equipment maintenance, and enforcing safety and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
