Job Description
We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant to provide executive support in scheduling, travel coordination, communication, and daily administrative functions. Key duties include managing calendars and appointments; arranging travel and detailed itineraries; screening calls and email; preparing documents and reports; running errands; and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Required: excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; valid driver’s license.
- Prior PA or administrative experience and a flexible schedule are preferred.
