Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support daily finance operations within a small, collaborative team. The role includes processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close and basic financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to meet deadlines
