Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Food is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to support our Lekki operations by ensuring accurate, timely processing of supplier payments and related controls.
- Process and match invoices to POs and GRNs; enter invoices and upload payment files; run payment reports.
- Handle credit notes, employee expense claims, and maintain supplier master files.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and account analyses; respond to supplier queries.
- Drive improvements in AP processes and controls.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
