Job Description
Jollof Square seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to support our expanding quick-service team in Sango, Ibadan. This full-time, permanent role reports to management and focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws. The successful candidate will help cultivate a positive workplace culture and contribute to a fast-growing environment offering professional development and competitive benefits.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and MS Office proficiency.
- Hospitality or QSR experience preferred.
- Salary: up to ₦120,00/month.
