Job Description
We seek a senior policy professional to lead the development and implementation of our organizational policy strategy. You will craft evidence-based policies, analyze legislative and regulatory trends, and ensure compliance across programs. The role requires managing stakeholder engagement with government, partners, and internal teams, supervising and mentoring policy staff, and coordinating research and impact assessments.
Key responsibilities include translating complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations and influencing policy outcomes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in public policy or regulatory affairs, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of shaping policy decisions.
