Job Description
Royal Mills and Foods Limited is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver timely, professional support via phone, email, and chat. The candidate must remain positive and empathetic, address and resolve complaints, and maintain accurate interaction records.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests; keep detailed records
- Master product knowledge and collaborate with internal teams to improve service
Competitive compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. One year of customer service experience preferred.
