Job Description

Beauty Hut Africa is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for customers. Duties include responding to phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries; processing orders, modifications, cancellations, returns, and payment issues; resolving complaints with empathy and escalating complex cases; maintaining product and skincare knowledge; logging interactions in the CRM and producing daily reports; coordinating with logistics to track orders to resolution; and contributing to the company knowledge base. Benefits include HMO, pension, and 13th month pay. Salary: ₦200,00 per month.
