Job Description
We are seeking a Brand and Retail Manager to lead brand strategy and in-store operations, driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience. The role oversees visual merchandising, local marketing, KPI monitoring, inventory control, and staff training. You will coordinate with headquarters on campaigns and product launches to maintain consistent brand presentation across locations.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or brand management
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with merchandising proficiency
- Basic P&L knowledge, excellent communication, and flexibility to work varied hours
