Job Description
Workforce Group in Mushin is seeking a full-time Compounding Operator (₦165,00/month) to operate and maintain compounding equipment while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety procedures. Key duties include compounding emulsions, coordinating raw materials with the Weighing Operator, eliminating bulk waiting time at filling lines, maintaining accurate production documentation, and supporting equipment maintenance.
Qualifications: BSc/HND in Science or Engineering (Second Class Lower or above) preferred; 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing; SAP knowledge is a plus; proficiency in MS Office; experience with manufacturing change projects. Candidates must demonstrate strict adherence to operational checklists and the ability to manage technical projects.
