Job Description
Mopheth Group seeks a full‑time Restaurant Supervisor for our Lekki, Lagos outlet. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead and train front‑of‑house staff, ensure exceptional customer service, monitor sales targets, prepare operational reports for the Executive Chef, and enforce hygiene and safety standards. Applicants must hold a minimum OND/HND in Hospitality Management or a related field and have prior supervisory experience. Strong leadership, multitasking, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills are essential. We seek a proactive, detail‑oriented professional focused on service improvement and operational efficiency. Competitive salary: N150,00–N250,00/month.
