Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Specialist to manage budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and cash-flow forecasting. You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports, support internal and external audits, identify cost optimization opportunities, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and ERP proficiency, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.
- Preferred: CPA or equivalent and financial modeling experience.
