Job Description
Mara Cruiz Organics seeks a full-time Order Fulfillment Officer in Surulere, Lagos. The successful candidate will accurately process orders from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and walk-ins; verify items, quantities, addresses and payments; and update the order management system.
- Manage inventory levels and notify Production of low stock.
- Pick, pack and label orders to company standards.
- Coordinate dispatch with riders and couriers, track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Communicate order status to customers, maintain fulfillment logs and report to the Operations Manager.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production and Customer Service to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
