Job Description
The Project Construction Manager will lead commercial and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery. Core responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, supervising subcontractors and site teams, enforcing quality and safety compliance, coordinating permits and regulatory approvals, identifying and mitigating risks, and preparing progress reports while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 7+ years of construction project experience
- Proven leadership, contract negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- PMP or construction management certification and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera preferred
- Excellent communication and a strong commitment to safety and quality
