Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will cultivate client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.

• Responsibilities: Coach and motivate the sales team; set and monitor targets; prepare forecasts and performance reports; manage key accounts; and streamline CRM processes.
• Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, demonstrated leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
