Job Description
Prixair Group Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to manage our digital presence and execute social media campaigns. You will deliver prompt, professional support via phone, email, and social channels; monitor engagement; respond to inquiries and complaints; track feedback and escalate issues as needed; maintain a consistent brand voice; and prepare basic digital and customer service reports.
Qualifications: strong communication and customer service skills, experience in social media management and basic digital marketing, ability to multitask and respond quickly. Basic graphic or content creation skills are advantageous. Professional, courteous, and responsive demeanor required. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00/month.
