Job Description
Hara is seeking a proactive Customer Experience & Sales Officer to grow our online presence in Port Harcourt. This full-time, onsite role includes managing social media and messaging channels, handling phone support, verifying users, monitoring gift card transactions and exchange rates with Chinese partners, resolving operational issues, and conducting outreach to improve conversions.
- Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused sales aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, comfort with social platforms and calls, and shift flexibility.
