Job Description
We seek a Learning Advisor to design and deliver learner-centered programs, assess training needs, and coach instructors and learners to improve outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop curricula and instructional materials, apply adult learning principles, and establish evaluation metrics to measure impact.
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend scalable learning solutions
- Create engaging course materials and support LMS delivery
- Monitor program effectiveness using data-driven evaluation and continuous improvement
- Coach educators and learners to enhance performance
Qualifications: degree in Education or related field, strong communication and instructional design skills, experience with LMS and analytics, and 3+ years in training or learning development.
