Job Description
Erecruiter seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and high-value sales initiatives. You will identify, qualify, and convert leads; develop targeted sales strategies; and explore new market opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts, maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and support client onboarding as a trusted advisor.
- Own revenue targets and monitor performance, coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Lead proposal and pitch efforts, oversee proposal development, and present compelling value propositions.
- Required: proven sales leadership, experience mentoring high-performing teams, expert negotiation skills, and exceptional communication for relationship management.
