Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, resolving issues promptly, and preparing clear performance reports.
Required qualifications include at least 3 years in client-facing roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems and fluency in English are required.
