Job Description
Lbev Nigeria seeks a full-time Collections Agent to join our team at 134 Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1:00 PM–2:00 PM break.
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and resolve account queries and disputes.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets.
