Job Description

We are seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats in real time, ensuring continuous protection of systems and data.

• Analyze SIEM alerts, triage incidents, perform initial containment, and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain thorough logs and incident reports; collaborate closely with IT and threat-hunting teams.
• Operate on shift-based schedules within a fast-paced environment and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications: diploma or degree in IT (or equivalent experience); familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls; basic network and log analysis; and experience with security incident workflows. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are required.
