Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Account Assistant to support the finance team with daily accounting operations. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with month-end close activities.
- Qualifications: Associate degree or diploma in accounting and at least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
