Job Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will provide exemplary customer service, manage reservations, and ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process reservations, arrivals, and departures accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth front desk operations.
