Job Description
Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited seeks a full-time Marketer to drive sales and client acquisition. The successful candidate will source and close property transactions, design and execute lead-generating marketing strategies, manage client follow-up from inquiry to closing, conduct property inspections and presentations, and collaborate with our digital marketing team.
- Requirements: 2–3 years in real estate marketing or sales; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently.
- Location: must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Ajah or Lekki axis.
- Compensation: from ₦200,00/month plus commission, bonuses, access to verified listings, accommodation for top performers, and career growth opportunities.
