Job Description
Workinnigeria invites applications for a full-time, permanent Customer Support Executive to join our luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. Compensation: ₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities include timely responses via phone, email, live chat and social media; providing accurate product and policy information; resolving complaints with empathy; recording interactions in the CRM; escalating complex issues; and assisting with team onboarding. Candidates must meet targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years customer-facing experience; excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving; CRM proficiency; proven organizational skills.
- Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments and knowledge of customer service best practices.
