Job Description
Lead enterprise security strategy, risk management, and incident response to safeguard people, assets, and data. Develop and enforce security policies, oversee physical and cyber security programs, conduct threat assessments, manage budgets, and coordinate with executives and external partners. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security team, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance organization-wide security awareness.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 10+ years in security leadership
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and physical security
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills; CISSP, CISM, CPP preferred
