Job Description
We are seeking an Impact & Data Associate to support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing program data to measure outcomes and inform strategic decisions. You will maintain databases, produce regular reports, and support the design of M&E tools and surveys. Working closely with program teams, you will ensure data quality and present findings as clear, actionable recommendations.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or M&E
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic statistics, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field preferred
