Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include creating clear job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting onboarding. The role also requires maintaining the applicant tracking system, building candidate pipelines, monitoring hiring metrics, and refining sourcing strategies.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting or HR
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Attention to detail and familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; organized, proactive, and candidate-focused
