Job Description
Lead daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistent service, product quality, and profitability. Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff; implement standardized procedures, inventory control, and cost-management practices. Analyze sales and P&L reports, set performance targets, and drive local marketing and guest-satisfaction initiatives.
- Requirements: 5+ years in restaurant management; multi-unit experience preferred.
- Skills: strong leadership, budgeting, inventory and cost control, and excellent communication.
- Availability to travel between sites and maintain a flexible schedule is required.
