Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support HR functions within our retail/supermarket operations. This full-time position requires prior retail experience and will focus on recruiting talent, managing performance, handling employee relations, delivering staff training, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Qualifications: HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience in retail
- Skills: Strong communication abilities and familiarity with HR software
- Compensation: ₦300,00 per month
