Job Description
EdgeNet Group is seeking an Onsite Contract IT Support Technician to deliver first-level technical support. Key responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, emails, and chats; log tickets and ensure timely follow-up
- Diagnose hardware/software issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases to Level 2
- Monitor systems and servers; manage user accounts and password resets
- Assist with software testing
