Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers is actively seeking a dedicated Crypto Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Ajah Lekki. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will provide outstanding support related to cryptocurrency transactions, wallet management, trading, and blockchain services.
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦80,00 to ₦100,00, with flexible working hours available either from 8 AM to 8 PM or 8 PM to 8 AM, including two days off.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting any issues, and educating users about our services. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of cryptocurrencies are essential for this role.
